Website Development

5 questions

A basic business website starts from R3,500. E-commerce stores range from R8,000 to R25,000. Custom web applications start from R30,000. The final price depends on the number of pages, required functionality, design complexity, and whether you need ongoing hosting and maintenance support.

A standard business website takes 7–14 business days. An e-commerce store takes 3–6 weeks. A custom web application takes 6–12 weeks depending on complexity. Timelines depend on how quickly you supply content, images, and feedback during development.

Absolutely yes. Over 90% of consumers search online before contacting a business. A professional website builds credibility, generates leads 24 hours a day, and gives you a competitive edge over businesses that rely only on social media — which you don't own or control.

Every website we build includes technical SEO built in — fast loading, mobile responsiveness, correct heading structure, meta tags, schema markup, and keyword-optimised content. For competitive industries we recommend ongoing content and link building to accelerate results.

Yes. We integrate South African payment gateways including PayFast, Yoco, and Peach Payments, plus international options like PayPal and Stripe. Customers can pay by card, EFT, and other local methods. We also set up product catalogues, inventory management, and order notifications.

Graphic Design & Logo Design

4 questions

A professional logo design starts from R800. A full brand identity package — logo, colour palette, typography, and brand guidelines — starts from R2,500. The price depends on concept complexity, number of revisions, and the file formats required for print and digital.

Logo design is a specific discipline — creating a unique mark that represents your brand. Graphic design is the broader field covering all visual communication: marketing materials, brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, packaging, and presentations.

You receive all standard formats: AI and EPS (vector for print), PDF (print-ready), PNG (transparent background), JPEG, and SVG (for web). You own 100% of the rights to your final logo.

Every project includes 3 rounds of revisions as standard. Additional rounds beyond the included 3 are available at a transparent, pre-agreed rate. Our goal is always to deliver designs you are genuinely proud of.

Social Media Management

4 questions

Social media management ranges from R2,500 to R15,000+ per month depending on the number of platforms, posting frequency, and whether paid advertising management is included. We offer flexible monthly packages tailored to your goals and budget.

We manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter). For most South African small businesses we recommend starting with Facebook and Instagram as they offer the highest ROI for local audiences. We advise on the best platform mix for your industry.

A social media manager handles content creation (graphics and captions), post scheduling, community management (responding to comments and messages), paid advertising (targeted campaigns), and monthly analytics reporting — all so you can focus on running your business.

Yes. Facebook and Instagram ads allow hyper-targeted campaigns reaching specific demographics, locations, and interests in South Africa. With the right creative strategy and consistent engagement, social media is one of the most cost-effective ways to drive enquiries and direct sales.

AI Automation

4 questions

AI automation uses intelligent tools to automatically handle repetitive tasks — follow-up emails, lead qualification, appointment booking, customer enquiries, invoice generation, and report compilation — all running 24/7. The result is less admin, fewer errors, lower costs, and a faster business.

Not at all. Many powerful automation tools — Zapier, Make, and OpenAI integrations — have affordable or free tiers. We design workflows that fit your budget, starting with high-impact, low-cost implementations. Most clients recover the setup cost within the first month through time savings alone.

Common automations include: lead capture and email follow-ups, customer support chatbots, appointment booking and reminders, social media scheduling, invoice generation, stock alerts, CRM data entry, WhatsApp auto-responses, and client onboarding sequences.

No technical knowledge needed. We design, build, and deploy the entire automation for you and provide training so your team can manage the outcome. You simply use the result — a business that runs faster with less manual effort on your part.

Android Mobile App Development

4 questions

Android app development starts from R8,500 for a simple app. Apps with user authentication, databases and integrations range from R20,000 to R80,000. Complex enterprise apps can exceed R100,000. We provide a detailed itemised quote based on your specific features.

A simple app takes 4 to 8 weeks. A mid-complexity app with backend features takes 2 to 4 months. A full enterprise application takes 4 to 6 months or longer. Timelines depend on feature scope and approval speed throughout development.

Yes. We manage the full Google Play Store submission process — listing, screenshots, description, and review management. You will need a Google Developer account (a one-time R350 fee payable directly to Google). We guide you through every step until your app is live.

Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance retainers covering bug fixes, Android OS compatibility updates, feature enhancements, and performance improvements. Regular maintenance is essential — Android updates frequently and your app must stay compatible to remain available on the Play Store.

Penetration Testing & Cybersecurity

4 questions

Penetration testing is a controlled, authorised simulated cyberattack on your website, application, or network. Our ethical hackers find vulnerabilities before real attackers do. In South Africa, cyber attacks on businesses increased by over 200% in recent years — proactive security testing is now essential for any business handling customer data.

Yes. All testing is conducted with written authorisation from the client on systems they own or have explicit legal permission to test. We operate within South African law, POPIA compliance requirements, and international standards (OWASP, PTES).

Our reports include an executive summary, a full technical findings section, risk ratings (Critical / High / Medium / Low), proof-of-concept evidence, and detailed remediation recommendations telling your team exactly how to fix each vulnerability found.

Antivirus is reactive — it detects and removes known malware after it enters. Penetration testing is proactive — it finds the gaps in your systems that allow attackers in at all. They serve different purposes. A robust security posture requires both.

Video Editing, Motion Graphics & 3D Design

3 questions

We edit YouTube videos, TikTok and Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, corporate promos, testimonials, product demos, event highlights, and ads. Every edit includes colour grading, audio mixing, transitions, motion titles, and subtitles — delivered in the exact format required for your platform.

Motion graphics are animated visual elements — animated logos, explainer animations, data visualisations, kinetic typography, and animated ads. They significantly outperform static images and are used to explain ideas quickly, boost ad click-through rates, and create memorable brand moments across social media and websites.

3D design is used for product visualisation (photorealistic renders before manufacturing), architectural renders (property development marketing), 3D animated logos, packaging mockups, and high-impact advertising visuals — all at a fraction of the cost of traditional product photography.

Pricing & Payment

4 questions

We offer both. One-off projects (website, logo, app, video) are quoted as a fixed project price. Ongoing services (social media, AI maintenance, monthly design, website updates) are on monthly retainers. We never force you into a bundle — you choose exactly what you need.

Yes. We require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining 50% payable upon your final approval before delivery or launch. Monthly retainer services are invoiced in advance at the start of each month.

For South African clients we accept EFT bank transfer and card payment. For international clients we accept PayPal and international wire transfer in USD, GBP, or EUR. All quotes clearly state the currency and payment terms upfront.

Never. Your quote is itemised and fixed — what we quote is what you pay. The only additional costs that may apply are third-party services you choose to use (domain registration, hosting, stock photos, Google Developer account) — and these are always disclosed clearly before you commit.
